It is Hard to Lose Yourself

Please don’t wake up, you who are completely absent, completely absorbed in feeling the weight of things. If someone doesn’t look, see or hear, does truth even exist? There is a silence of which life is made, a silence that is more than an absence of sound. Mistakes have often paved my way. Every time I hit a blank wall, it seemed like an impassable barrier. When I finally found an opening, I lacked the courage to step through. I always wanted to avoid mistakes and dream on. The feared mistake, however, was probably the path to truth. After all, only when I make a mistake I deviate from what I know and understand. Had I invented one destiny, while another lived beneath the surface? You can feel joy in losing yourself. After gaining trust, your shell breaks and there are no more boundaries. Everything looks at everything, everything lives in the other.
